Still Here!

Hi all, just a quick note for those looking for a new podcast episode. I haven’t disappeared, but am just a little snowed under with some projects for work at the moment. In the words of the Terminator: “I’ll be back”.

Nigel.

RFTR#169 – Lion Poo

A New Year run down by the canal to kick things off for 2012. In this episode you can hear about my recent running achievements, my Xmas presents & an intriguing way of keeping kittens in the garden. There is also news of the annual 10-in-10 Challenge and the return of a much-love podcast.

Here are a few items I talked about in this episode:

The intro/outro music in this weeks episode is from Helium Soul :Nowhere To Run. Check out this and all of the great music on the MusicAlley podsafe music network atwww.musicalley.com

RFTR#168 – Holiday Edition

A rather long edition of running & rambling this week just to tide you over for the festive period.

Another Sunday run this week, discussing Xmas presents, Secret Santa presents, getting older, the 1000 mile challenge and my wife’s knee problems. Definitely one for long run when you’ve run out of other things to listen to…

Merry Xmas & Happy Holidays!

RFTR#167 – The One With All The Wind

Well, I tried my best…but, the wind, sleet & hail were a bit ‘challenging’ on the day that I recorded this. So, I’ve pulled together a podcast which really is making the best of a bad job – I even had to finish it off by recording indoors! Still, some folks like to hear a regular episode, so I thought I’d put it out anyhow.

RFTR#166 – Ho Ho Loco Report

A ‘drive-cast’ this week as I post a report about the utter lunacy that was the ‘Ho Ho Loco’, which involved a visit to Lincoln and some Santa suits.I also discuss my cunning plan to get an iPad, my scheme to make sure I get lots of Xmas presents and the agonising over a secret santa event in my new company. Pretty gripping stuff, if you’re really bored on a long drive or you’ve listed to absolutely everything else on your iPod…
